I thought I would take this opportunity in thanking you and the rest of the team for the excellent service, honesty, friendliness professionalism you have provided for me over the past years since moving to Norwich from London in 2012.

Since owning the same car (Vauxhall Meriva) for over 15 years with relatively low mileage in London, my car has gone through a number of major electrical, mechanical repairs, and regular servicing using both independent garages and dealerships often at great expense, through opportunistic managers to steal a quick profit.

However since finding your company advertised from a local newspaper 8 years ago, your team have always provided a consistently high level of excellent service.

I have never questioned your work simply because of your professionalism and honesty. Phone calls is always picked up and answered by Chris/ Keith, although busy, assuring you are communicating directly with your motor concerns. I always receive regular receive MOT
reminders to put my mind rest.

Your prices for MOT, repairs and servicing are extremely competitive. Chris and Keith have gone that extra mile to ensure the work gets done.

Overall I am delighted to have discovered Chris Baker automotive services and highly recommend anyone interested in using their services.

Superb service. I would recommend anybody. I have been using Chris for several years now for MOT and Full Sevices. I have been to other garages in the past and they seem to rip you off. Were as Chris will show you the defective part that needs replacing putting your mind a rest.

Message: Very impressed with a full service and MOT on my Lexus. Very
pleased with cost and customer service. A garage you can put your trust
in and the loan car to get you home and back was invaluable. No
hesitation in recommending.

Just had my cam belt done here. The guys bent over backwards to get it done at the last minute before a big trip away. Very helpful and honest and all at a good price. Would recommend.
