MOT EXPIRY DATE EXTENDED 6 MONTHS FROM 31st MARCH 2020
From 30th March 2020, MOT due dates for cars and light vans will be extended by 6 months. This is being done to help prevent the spred of coronavirus.
You do not need to do anything to extend your vehicle's MOT date if it is on or after the 30th March 2020. However, you must keep your vehicle safe to drive.
Example Your vehicle's MOT was due to expire on 3rd April 2020.
This will automatically be extended to 3rd October 2020. You will need to get your mot by this date.
All existing customers of Chris Baker Auto Services with vehicles we have MOT expiry date will be updated on our system and you will receive reminder letters on about three weeks before revised MOT expiry date.
You will not get a paper exemption certificate
